8 Neighbourhood Watch Week 2011

Neighbourhood Watch Week 2011

Neighbourhood and Home Watch Week provides an opportunity for members to raise the profile of the movement amongst the local community, partners and the media. The eight day campaign runs from 18th to 26th June 2011 across England and Wales, empowering members to help bring their communities together to reduce crime and make their communities a better place to live. This year, the campaign will focus on three core strands; localism, the government’s ‘Big Society’ and digital engagement. Some Watch schemes may also choose to focus on localised issues in line with community needs.
