The main goals of modernization are achieved (the light ion beams intensity, the quality of beams, acceleration of “low” energy ions) The critical point becomes the operation stability (now is ?50%) caused by existing infrastructure We can not modernize it we need to create the new one

increase by an order of magnitude the efficiency of experiments in the field of SHE synthesis, but will also allow substantially widen the spectrum of researches in the field of heavy and light exotic nuclei.
